The street art of the Lower East Side is perhaps the most vibrant of any location in the world. It is ever changing, always topical, beautifully crafted and a visual feast whether the viewer is in agreement with the message or not. And there is always a message, may not always be obvious, but there is always one. It is as exciting in 2008 as it was in 1986.
