I’ve always wished I had a month to wander around London. Except for red buses and telephone boxes, it is the best black and white city in the world. Or maybe I’m just remembering Bill Brandt’s photographs. Since I’ve never had more than a few consecutive days of leisure in London, I never accomplished what I’ve wanted, but now and again a good one turned up.
